Pros

- Talented and hardworking employees who really seem to care about the work and about supporting users - Opportunities to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities - Many managers do their best to advocate for their teams despite limited ability to influence broader ELT decisions

Cons

- Compensation is widely perceived as below market for many roles - Employees have been raising concerns for years that pay does not reflect market rates, but meaningful adjustments have not materialized (despite ELT stating that they're "hearing" us - Internal promotions often come with very small raises (or sometimes none at all), while external hires are frequently brought in at significantly higher salaries for similar roles. As a result, loyal employees who stay and grow within the company can end up earning less than newer hires with less institutional knowledge - Ongoing layoffs and leadership turnover over the past few years have created a sense of instability and extremely low morale. Again and again we see layoffs that are then followed by reactionary hiring. There seems to be no plan in place (we are no longer a start up but love to lean into the start up chaos) - Employees are encouraged to leave positive Glassdoor reviews, which can make it difficult for more balanced feedback to be visible

Pros

The leader that runs my team has consistently been working hand in hand with our team to delete roadblocks that we deal with so we can operate more efficiently.

Cons

Currently I don’t have any cons.

Pros

Benefits are decent, and employees get to work remotely.

Cons

Deadlines are unreasonably tight, management provides no support to employees, and there isn’t much room for advancement. Working here is stressful and unrewarding; you’d honestly be much better off anywhere else.
