Pros

They will send you stickers. They will send you a book each month that you request. You get motivation like, earn the sunset, a screaming sales leader that doesn't provide any true form of coaching or answers but he "loves us" He will ask you if you feel warm and fuzzy and have support but the main managers do nothing but spew toxicity and pressure and do not coach, train or motivate. Oh sorry this is supposed to be pros.

Cons

Management does not have a clue. They have 25 different expectations but none of them actually have to do with selling. They are not willing to get into the nitty gritty with you. There are clear favorites. If you have a higher quota you get all the leads while having ZERO expectations. (No cold calling, no blitzing, no repercussions, just more at bats because you simply have a higher quota. Never have I seen a notice on Glassdoor about the possibility of inflated numbers being reported. Major red flag to stay away. You will receive training for 3 weeks and then be told to make cold calls and plug away. Essentially you are a BDR for yourself for a company that has 95% of its' sales coming from inbound leads. (P.S. they want 40% of your number to come from outbound self sourcing.) It is a lone wolf company. Don't ask what the top sellers are doing because they are getting an unfair allocation of resources IE. more leads, like 10x-15x more, a personal BDR, and they do not have to record their meetings or calls. Sounds shady right? 75% of the team is under 30% to quota. The managers will not look at themselves. One on Ones are not scheduled and only the top dogs eat.

Pros

The office kept systems organized and people responded to communications.

Cons

For the entire three years, the expectation was that implementation work consumed personal hours as needed. I routinely received Slack messages and emails at 9 PM and on Sundays with requests framed as urgent. Weekend check-ins to handle 'critical issues' became standard, and there was never clarity on which situations actually warranted after-hours contact. I pushed back multiple times about boundaries, but suggestions from people in charge suggested this was just how real estate implementation worked. My own time increasingly felt borrowed, and I found myself working split shifts—mornings, gaps during the day, evenings to catch up. The lack of distinction between work hours and personal hours wore me down in ways daily tasks never did.
