You are treated as a number only, the archaic MD /chairwoman needs to retire immediately before she destroys a good business further. Most decent staff have now left, or she has brow beaten the others so much that they feel they can't get another job anywhere else and that she is doing them a favour. She has her favourites who brown nose her to get more money and fake promotions to keep some staff.
They are really struggling with recruitment hence the forced and fake good reviews recently.
Please do not work here it's awful!

Goal posts changed constantly
No flexibility at all
No home working
No concern for staff wellbeing and mental health
Ignored or treated awfully if you dare to speak up
The recently appointed MD's have no say at all they are just puppets in the show
Massive lack of diversity
It's very rule by fear and a shouting environment across all offices.
She is building the business up for sale apparently however I doubt she will have a decent business left. Also any prospective decent buyers will look at the management structure and reviews and run a mile!
My advice don't work here,and any current staff get out the grass is definitely greener!
