Pros
Despite some typical early acquisition issues, the company seems to be running better than ever. New people are joining the team each week (and they are great caliber). There are a lot of new and interesting projects. We just won a partner of the year award and we are opening new offices.
Cons
There seem to be a few outliers who are intent on bringing down the culture. I don't know if they are still upset over the acquisition or if they have a personal grudge, but you can see a few of their reviews on this site. You would think that they would just leave. The vast majority of the people seem really happy with where things stand.
