Pros

Dress code on Friday was casual. They would provide treats around the holidays and on some Friday afternoon. They had good benefits and some fun activities ( bring your dog to work day, yoga during lunches(at our expense).

Cons

The work to life ratio was very hard to maintain. If you where not a sale rep, account executive you where considered as less important. And when they were treats given to the sales team we would get some only if any where left over .

Thank you for your feedback. We hear you on the dress code, our Canada office is doing so well, the SVP and GM just announced dress down for the rest of the year. The teams are looking good and relaxed in their jeans. We’ll see if we continue this into the new year. Regarding the sales teams and “treats”, in most cases these “treats” are brought in from our channel partners. They are designed to motivate and stimulate the sales team, however there is usually plenty to go around and we are sorry to hear you felt excluded from these items. Lastly, team building, we have many organizational team events but we agree the manager of each team should do specific events for their teams to foster our culture and reinforce our values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony. Thank you again and we have shared your feedback!

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
