      Pros

      - Great environment to work in. Work events and great people. - Lots of areas to move up in. HQ in Tempe so a lot of different opportunities - Flexible schedule (depending on manager and role) - 401K match is good

      Cons

      - Since it is a HQ and there are a lot of people that work here, sometimes you are just a number. Can get lost in the big corp setting. - Getting paid of spiffs is an after thought to Insight. Like they will get around to it but this has a lot to do with how large the company is.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
