      Pros

      Insight is a company with interesting clients , and you get the opportunity to work with (some) highly skilled professionals. They offer a lot of flexibility which makes it easy to combine life at home with work.

      Cons

      It is a company with a lot of politics and backstabbing, both in management and among colleagues. They do not invest in people and career opportunities are limited, and there is no program in place to support this. It all depends on who your manager is and if they dare to go to senior management to support your ambition. They also change bonus plans regularly .

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
