Pros
Benefits are good. Some departments are better than others such as HR, recruiting, inventory management and there are quite a few nice people working there, especially new recruits. Really good offering n terms of products and solutions.
Cons
Demotivated and deflated workforce within some sales groups. Lack of leadership, prehistoric systems that are an obstacle to sales instead of driving growth. Some within senior management lack the competence to drive the necessary change, fail to add value or to coach/ train / develop and are simply fighting to maintain status quo. This seems to be going undetected. Overall this is a good company that is well positioned with interesting plans for the future, however there is a need to look at some of the workforce, starting from Management to address the lack of skills and detrimental impact on the business and retention of good staff.
