Pros
Good benefits, great work environment, depending on performance there may be no micromanagement.
Cons
Commission plans are being changed randomly, Employees getting penalized for over performing. You have to track each and every bonus payout partners owe you or they may simply "forget" to pay it. Very top heavy.Instead of keeping great salesforce and adding new ones company hires success managers to bring the performance up.
