They don't think of the individual. I understand why using a bigger system to track sickness for example is necessary but it needs to be used with a bit of common sense and with an individual perspective. They also need to approach their new starters with better manners. especially if they just have moved into the area of the office. There is no understanding that there might be things that you need top get your first paycheck for to get for example. They say they want to drive a modern work place but offers little of this themselves. Why not lead by example?
