      Pros

      I work with some really amazing people, and have the great opportunity to work with many people at Insight. Everyday people are ready to bring new ideas, challenge the status quo and ready to tackle new challenges. Not 1 day is the same for me and I enjoy that.

      Cons

      The direction and support is not always there because workloads are full. This is only a drawback when I'm new to a Project/Task.
