Pros

Insight is such a great place to work for. The company is continually growing in teammates and in the industry. You really get the feel of home and family working here. Teammates live their values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony daily and it is such a welcoming environment. There are many opportunities to growth and moving up and around the company too!

Cons

The pay is a bit low but the working environment really makes up for it.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
