Pros
Compensation is above average
Cons
Management cars more about the clients than the employees. I have been harassed by coworkers and when I addressed the issue to management I was retaliated against. This same employee has come into my cubicle talking loudly and aggressively. She has also led to former employees being terminated for the same thing and when reported to management they were retaliated against and terminated. There is a lack of training. Open door doors not apply here. They instead build alliances. I was denied the opportunity to move forward with my employment with insight, as well as, the client because this same coworker slandered my name and reputation by saying I was lazy and help teammates despite countless emails from managers and coworkers thanking me for me all of my assistance. I have never had a write up for performance, attendance or any other reason.
