Pros

Pay is OK. Literally the only pro.

Cons

The organization seems like they're trying to be a cool, fun, great place to work, but the overall environment and benefits fall WAY short. They offer sub-part benefits, but act like they're awesome. There seems to be a real lack of trust between departments. Their values are hunger, heart and harmony, and I've never worked in a place where people are ruder or less helpful between departments. "Harmony" as a value is a joke. I've seen SVPs mock other leaders behind closed doors, and it trickles down from there. They constant brag on their rankings on "best places to work in the Valley" and frankly I'm shocked they even made the list. Starting PTO is a joke. They do seem like they're trying, but their big "benefit reveals" are quite lackluster. For example they now offer more maternity time. Great - but irrelevant to a large portion of your workforce. They recently unveiled their "Gym Pass" which gives employees a (minimal) discount at some gyms. I've worked for companies that reimburse for gym membership at a much better rate. They do "bring your dog to work days", but only once a quarter. Lots of incentives and promotions to motivate sales teams...not so much anything motivating for other departments. After 30 years, you feel like they'd have this more figured out. They seem to want to motivate and inspire employees, but have no idea how to.
