Everyone is like my 2nd family, they are so caring, loving and value my thoughts and respect your decisions. The working environment is friendly, welcoming and everyone breathes the values; hunger, heart and harmony. My team have supported me by offering direct training and are always help me without hesitation. I've worked in a variety of companies varying from the Public Sector, Corporate to Private but Insight is not comparable. It stands out as I don't feel my job is at threat if I am to make a mistake as they understand people make mistakes but it's about how you will correct it. When driving change and bringing new ideas everyone is onboard and encourage positive behaviour! The level of understanding and flexibility is amazing as they all have hearts and empathise with you. Everyone is approachable and will go that extra mile to ensure you are happy and achieve your end result! The HR team work very hard to ensure everyone within Insight feel engaged by acknowledging your needs i.e mental health - free counselling sessions, yoga is offered etc. The interaction and engagement is the most I have ever experienced. I could go on forever specifying the pros, but it's one thing reading the pros and another living them! This is by far the best company I've worked for!
