Insight are struggling to come to terms with a fast changing market and continually changing demands from it's clients. Focused and rewarded on a transaction-based profit outcome utilising a dated and increasingly irrelevant business model, it will have to work hard become a supplier of exciting and innovative technologies for it's clients and transform into a solution-oriented service delivery organisation. Root and branch reform is needed to reconfigure the sales and marketing strategy to catch it's competitors (let alone overtake them). Massive actions are needed to fully embrace cloud delivery models with a fast realisation that the past is not the future. I cannot say this is a customer-centric organisation today and that, unless rapidly changed, will be the biggest inhibitor to future growth and success.
