Pros

Low ranking people are genuine, hard working, and kind. Flexible PTO, and parental leave. Sometimes HR listens, and will investigate in extreme cases. The states values are excellent, and I heard of great things at the headquarters.

Cons

Sometimes HR listens Overtime hours are placed at the employee's feet as volunteer work, often unpaid. Extremely hostile work environment at times. HR doesn't always follow up or keep their word. Poor work scope always expanding, demanding more of those unpaid overtime hours to keep up with demand, while being told that if you fail, the project fails. Being told the project is failing, or not profitable enough. Unclear direction from management, incomplete plans made, and not followed through with. Zero training. Being held responsible for a peer's actions by their manager who did not take action. Potential for nepotism and racial preference in promotions and raises was noted. One project manager specifically stated a race preference. Pay was low even by the company's internal rates.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
