      Good entry level opportunity. But some things to take note on. - IT Help Desk Insight Employee Review

      Pros

      Pretty good culture. Employees are great. Cutting edge equipment, good PTO policy. Fairly easy work if you have IT experience. Lots of systems and tools to learn with.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Extremely poor organization and communication. Micro managing is getting worse. Lots of turn over. Very little to no training on certain accounts / queues.

We couldn't agree more in that the culture and values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony are very important to Insight and it's great to hear that you witnessed this culture in action. In regards to the pay structure, it's important to note that the pay rates are very comparable to other companies within the same industry as Insight. Thanks again for the honest feedback.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
