Pros

The hours are good. Some of the management is good.

Cons

I was only there for a few months but the lack of communication is unbelievable. Teamwork does not exist here. I would ask another senior on my team for help with something and I would either get no response or the response I do get is a one word answer basically telling me to figure it out myself. I came from a different industry and company and they expect me to know everything someone else knows who has been here for 3 years. The pay is kind of low but better than other companies within the same industry. Over worked. You deal with a lot of accounts and you can’t always get things done until the next day. There are people who work at insight sending emails and working at 10PM eastern time still. They make you feel guilty for leaving at 5 when your shift is done.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
