Pros
Opportunities to work for clients that rolls out new IT Technology. Being part of a huge Team of Tier 2/3 support and services for client hardware. Participating in rolling out Office 365 then later on Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD etc.
Cons
Being part of a huge Team and supporting around 200 users in 2 Floors of an Enterprise IT Services environment is only exciting at first but when you are overworked and barely recognized. With almost perfect consistent KPI but the pay raise only covers the increase in the Monthly train ticket price. You know they are showing you the door. The managers of the account is also a revolving door.
