Some people expect to grow and advance without putting in the work and I have seen a lot of people not make it here because they wanted it to be handed to them or they felt that tenure = automatic advancement. But the reality is you have to put in the energy, time, and effort to stand out, work hard, and mentor your way to growth. I put in the effort and have been handsomely compensated for that effort with title and pay and responsibility increases. This is a company that is diverse, offers lots of opportunities to develop and grow, supports the virtual work life, and has amazing company culture. I would recommend Insight to anyone

it is hard to step away from the computer and go back to real home life, when work is always present and the laptop is always there.
