Pros
- Leadership training and other online training - Benefits and other employee help programs - Work from home wasn’t removed after COVID - Most colleagues in and outside of the department were pleasant. - Great place to get started in IT
Cons
- Bad Management, can never reach the manager. Manager consistently seems to not be at a PC. - You have to be available 24/7 and even on PTO - Environment makes acquisitions never seem to feel a part of insight. - It is common place to work in a position with additional duties for an extended amount of time without additional compensation. - Recent Lay off happened cutting roles, Indeed/ job websites say otherwise. Management potentially cut "problem children" to get better employees.
