Pros
Good vacation time. Lots of good people in the lower level positions.
Cons
Management does not care about their employees. If you ever have an issues they will make your life difficult. You have to be in each position for a year before you can apply for another one (that includes more Sr. Level jobs/promotions). No raises only Merit increases once a year and not even that if management does not think you should get one. You can be put on a Performance Plan for anything even if they have no grounds or proof of poor behavior.
