      Pros

      -Great leadership who want to help their teams succeed -Good Benefits -True to their values -Room for position & salary growth within certain roles -Clear direction for the future of the company -Almost everyone has been very kind and willing to help you learn -Good mix of work while still providing moments to recognize, celebrate and enjoy employees & company efforts

      Cons

      -Not the top paying employer within the industry -Some roles have overwhelming work loads. Tough to manage work/life balance in said roles

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
