      Pros

      Pay well above the norm. £95k + bonus and benefit for a principal security analyst is awesome. Training budget is by far the best I've had witg several SANS certs in my first 6 months.

      Cons

      The car allowance could be more generous. Had my eyes on an I Pace but settled for a E Tron
