      Pros

      The pros do not outweigh the cons after 5 years...

      Cons

      Unless you're part of the mgmt club there is no forward progress, paths to career advancement or increase in salary, even to keep pace with inflation (from the pov of non-mgmt or non-exclusive roles) is NON-EXISTENT. There is always a reason as to why career advancement is stifled, yet senior and executive level personnel make more, with profit sharing, increased salaries and stock options.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
