      Pros

      If you have a Degree in Computer Science and a CompTIA certificate you'll succeed. Great benefits and PTO. Lot's of support from some of your associates. There are growth opportunities. Tons of educational videos and documentation.

      Cons

      Constant middle management shuffling. Being owned by NASDAQ, if the the price of the stock drops, they layoff or creatively terminate employees. Some of your associates aren't helpful, because of their own insecurities.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
