Lack of communication about life-altering pushes like going back to office mandates when hired as a remote worker. Corporate has little care about low and entry level workers and shows it off. Holds employees hostage in a position by getting rid of a title but holding the individual accountable for roles that would be a higher paygrade anywhere else. Wages are terrible. No one gets a living wage unless they are a Manager or higher. Insurance has steadily increased while coverage has been cut Middle management will not advocate for employees. Middle management will backtrack on commitments. They will use the ploy of a phone call to make a conversation personal, promise you a better environment, then, because there is no paper trail, break those promises and make conditions worse. Have no incentives to stay long term. Extremely limited advancement opportunities.
