Staffing and sales in general is a very competitive industry. You need to be the best of the best and always be one step ahead of your competition. Communication and follow-up is the name of the game, so any minute you're not aggressively coming through for a client, someone else is. Aside from this, the hours and days can be very tiring. Long hours are worked, but at the same time, hard work certainly pays off in this company.
