Pros

Insight Global is a very fun opportunity for young people to develop their skills professionally. Most new recruiters have no previous recruiting experience but they are matched with an Account Manager who meets with you daily to role play, go over questions, set goals and track progress. Everyone is incredibly social and very willing to help out another coworker in their office. Recognition is huge, for example, when someone has a candidate successfully start a position, the recruiter rings a giant gong to celebrate. The entire office, regardless of what they are doing, will get up to high-five and congratulate the recruiter. Small gestures but they go a long way.

Cons

The work days are very long and busy. You will work 7:30AM-5PM at the absolute minimum. You are paid for every minute you work but it is a very tiring job.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
