Pros

I started my career just over a year ago and couldn’t be happier. I graduated from Florida State in May 2010 and worked for another company for one year. When I decided to make a switch I couldn’t have made a better decision than Insight Global. Everyone in the office is pulling for each other because individual success can’t be achieved without the help of the person sitting next to you. With the ability to grow your career so quickly you have to be pulling for everyone. It might be hard to believe but at 24 years old I have found the company that I am going to spend the rest of my career with. I couldn’t imagine being any happier with where my career is going.

Cons

Insight Global is a fast based and competitive company. The company is not for everyone but if you are looking for a career opportunity and not just a job Insight Global is the right place for you.

Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

Cons

It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
