Pros

I only rated 5 stars because bad reviews are hidden by Insight Global and good reviews are forced to be published by management. I liked most of my coworkers, that’s about all.

Cons

I worked in the corporate office for Insight Global. What a mistake. I will tell you right now that no matter what they tell you, you will not make more than around $30k for your first 2 years. And after that it’s not much higher. You will feel like you are in middle school the way you are micromanaged, and you better be in your chair by 8 AM and not out of it before 5 PM. They will give you shout outs and praise for all of your hard work so you feel special, but only do this so they do not have to pay you fairly for your work. The only path to an executive position here is through the sales field, you will not make it very high up being in corporate. Overall, this company does not value their employees, they are all replaceable to them, and turnover rate is very high, even in corporate. I have seen first hand very valuable, tenured employees ask for a raise to be paid fairly, and leave because management wouldn’t budge. Very cheap. If this is the only job offer you’ve received since graduating, do not take it, keep looking, there are far better opportunities out there than this place.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
