They try to get you out of college so you are naive and they can pay you bare minimum and compensation is a joke. - Technical Recruiter Insight Global Employee Review

Pros

Learn a lot, fun atmosphere, but all more of a show to keep you there as long as possible before you figure out how huge of a mistake you have made

Cons

The pay is trash, the compensation is 1 percent which is a joke. They treat you like a pledge of sorts , they DO NOT CARE about your wellbeing I saw over 25 people leave while I was there and they could care less ! They try to disguise perks like lunch with clients fun vacations to make up for the low compensation , the best decision ever was to leave and find something more suitable. I had employers laugh in my face when I said I was on 1 percent commission bracket. They also are known to get on glass door and post only positive reviews so this wont be up for long knowing the Austin or Houston office. Very unethical will straight ask for a certain race of person or sex and you have no say in it and will get lectured if refused, don't fall for this companies antics

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
