Pros

you can drink/vape in the office….if you consider that a “pro”. I made good friends because most people are in their young twenties.

Cons

IF YOU ARE A RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATE AVOID AVOID AVOID. That is the demographic they target because you are naive. This was my first job out of college and it was actually the worst experience ever. My entire class I got hired with has quit. They had over 20 people quit in the Houston office during 2023. You make absolutely no money in the job and the gossip and drama is CONSTANT. My sales manager was a bully who made me and several others cry. She bullied the people from my recruiting class who were put on her team with me out of the job. You are expected to come in early and stay late for 40k a year. Your success is entirely determined on other people. Overall, a wildly toxic, frat-like, unhealthy culture. STAY AWAY.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
