From the very first day I started at Insight Global, I was absolutely blown away by how many people took an interest in me and made sure I was comfortable with my job and coworkers. I've been here for two months now and I love coming to work every day. We work in a challenging and fast paced environment which forces us to learn and grow every single day. I cant say enough about the leadership in my office; they are successful and engaging people who inspire me to be great every day. Beside from helping me grow in my professional life, these people are my friends and they truly care about my well-being. I am so proud to be associated with this organization and these people, plus we get to find jobs for people every day! It such a great thing when someone starts working and getting a pay check, and you know you helped make that happen. Yes, there are days when our candidates dont get the job, or something doesnt work out, but we work harder than anyone else to make something else come through, and at the end of the day I feel great about the work I've done both in and out of the office.
