Pros

Insight Pest Solutions was a great company to work for while I was in college. As a retention specialist I had great control over keeping customer’s satisfied, adding value, and selling. The freedom to sell products and services to customers provided great opportunities for growth and flexibility in commission earnings.

Cons

There aren’t many promotional opportunities, and while I was employed there was a high turnover rate of employees.

Cons

They don't communicate expectations, important info, or scheduling changes, and blame the employees if they dont find that information themselves. The manager is condescending, passive-aggressive, and unreasonable. Kinda feels like she's on a power trip. I've had 11 managers throughout the jobs I've had and she is the worst by an unbelievable margin. Disorganized workplace, scammy practices, zero desire to help customers, all around just not a good job.
