Pros
- Can help build experience for your next career opportunity - There is some value gained from helping the people on your caseload - Mostly steady schedule (8-5 or 9-6, M-F)
Cons
- Management is rude and incompetent - Too many expectations for the pay - Travel is mandatory and reimbursement mileage is sad - Some weeks are very, very slow - Management is numbers focused, meaning they do not care much about other aspects of your job as long as you "hit your goal for the month" which you cannot control sometimes as your "goal" is determined by 18-24yr old students' employment - Management does not seem to care about this role at all. Expectations are given for the role but majority of the focused is placed on admissions and CTS services get left behind very often
