The management always copy the work or words of colleagues, presenting it as OWN ORIGINAL idea. – ALWAYS fails to meet deadlines. Always start to assign tasks after postponing the deadlines. – lack of BASIC scientific integrity and knowledge – Incite discord between subordinates – FORCES employees to have tea sharing or team lunches every week. Having some personal time with our own colleagues to avoid any discomfort of having lunch with HK senior management is not always allowed. – Lack of table manners - ALWAYS keep asking same BASIC science questions. These lead to high employee turnover
