Where do I start? everything about this company is first-class. Leadership has created a world-class culture where employees always do what is morally and ethically right for the client even if that means losing a short-term sale to gain long-term trust. The company really invests in each employee's personal and professional development. Leadership at the local level is as engaged as the RM's, RVP's and senior executives. Everyone is working towards the same goal and is very transparent about what that goal is. Communication is very open and feedback is delivered clearly and consistently.
Cons
For some in this role, prospecting can be a challenge. However, that's not unique to Insperity. Every successful salesperson finds ways to open doors. Insperity is good about providing us with tools and resources to turn "cold calling" into warm introductions.
