Pros
Terrific sales training and focus on their employees at the corporate office in Houston, first class with many successful leaders in the industry and business overall. Terrific coporate culture where it is made clear that you're valued and the benefits are gauged to be at the top end of every positioned offered. If you're successful, you'll live like a rock-star. Competitive compensation plan, residual commissions, base salary, expense card, parking, stocked kitchen and bonus opportunities.
Cons
Poor lead generation and collaboration between corporate and sales staff. When there are leads generated, you find there's a quite discrimination there. Its a good sales support program when all pieces are in place, restricted access to resources due to an unfilled position can make it very difficult to succeed. A major culprit in my case was the fast growth mode I joined into, critical support positions and resources were missing during the majority of my ramp up period. CRM is clunky at best even with the new upgrade, many use multiple forms of tracking and data management to supplement. Very little mainstream advertising, most have heard of ADP, paychecks and the like. You'll mostly be starting from scratch when representing Insperity in your city unless you're in Texas.
