Administaff is a great organization and is the clear leader in the PEO industry. Each office though has a different culture, so if you are planning to join the sales organization, go to luch with the people that you would be working with as you will rely on them to help and support your work. Also go visit the operation center that will support you and talk to leadership and front line people - they are good and will help sell you on the business. To be successful, you need to internalize your belief that the service can help business owners (it does) and look for success stories that you can share with others. Cons
There are certainly some politics that go on between local mgmt and HQ that can be a hinderance. But if you work hard and bring in business, it will not affect you too much. Technology wise, this company also falls behind some of their smaller, more agile competitors. They are a battleship - it takes awhile to alter course.
