Really think hard before joining this company - Insurance Agent Insphere Insurance Employee Review

Lack of support from Insphere company management(they did kill one sale and almost killed another). They want you to market yourself primarily by purchasing telephone leads of dubious quality. If you have constructive criticism or valid complaint, management tries to turn it around and blame the agent for not trying. They also advise will provide $650/mo for marketing (maybe).
