Pros
I was apart of a marketing pet project represent a large spirits distributor. The perks of the company we represented extended to the field agents which was great. Good pay and full paid benefits that started right away.
Cons
Because this project (still ongoing) was whipped together fairly quickly issues soon became apparent. Just a few I encountered: Lack in manager training, conflicting direction from the client vs. Inspira management, no employee handbook or guidance from HR, no where to go for help & being blindsided and ultimately thrown under the bus. After I was let go, HR wanted documentation of some of the intimidation tactics I had been subjected to "better train" management since their had already been complaints. Never heard of such a thing before and I've been in the corporate field awhile. Not a company I would want to invest in long term with that sort of biased culture.
