Telephone Operator - Anonymous employee Inspira Health Network Employee Review

Very poor management. Supervisor is too wrapped up with herself, doesn't care about her employees, really self centered and doesn't want to step up and take real responsibility of her department by giving support to her staff and filling in when needed. She is long gone when there is a problem!
