This is the worst place to work for. I have worked for 4 other employers before and these people are outright the worst. They crush their employees with multiple projects and do not provide any support what so ever. All their projects are a complete mess and management just throws its employees under the bus in front of customers whenever any situation arises. The CEO is the biggest egomaniac I have ever seen. The other partners also have no listening skills and they run the company like a fiefdom. If you are ok with people trampling over you and your reputation all the time - you might survive here.
