Pros

Inspire is getting a lot of press right now, trying to do something different. May be opportunity across brands once you get hired.

Cons

Arrogant leadership. Communication is terrible, leadership lies about a lot. They have an M&A strategy but completely failed at their first acquisition, and aren’t willing to listen to feedback. Their “integration survey” was completely written off when it was more negative than anticipated. Many of the leaders don’t understand the restaurant space, and its starting to show. On top of that, the culture is very bro-centric, and diversity is not important. The CEO has political aspirations, and its clear that he trying to set himself up for success in that space, independent of what makes sense for the company and its brands long-term.
