Pros

Interesting vision for portfolio of brands. Not afraid to invest in PROJECTS.

Cons

The establishment of "Inspire" was really the Arby's team seizing ownership, influence, and positions for each and every brand. During the transition, the overt arrogance by Arby's leadership shifted to an attitude of insecurity when several decisions and directional changes proved to be in poor judgement. This made the transition activities very awkward and uneasy for the non Arby's teams. Very talented resources were let go while Arby's team members got promotions, expanded teams, etc. The big problem with all of this is the fact that the leadership team asserted that specific departments would be brand-specific, but then they went back on their word resulting in many team members receiving end dates. There were even a few people who hand their end dates moved up, even after being provided an end date in an apparent contract form.
