Pros

Generally people are quite nice and you get the impression they want you to enjoy your time at the office.

Cons

The pay at Inspire is horrendous for this area. People tend not to stay long once they realize they can get a 20-30% raise by going somewhere else. When you consider that the benefits are nothing to write home about and the company seems to be virulently against working from home there's a sense that they're stuck in a decade ago and refuse to catch up to modern perks and management techniques. It also quickly becomes clear that all the perks to make sure you enjoy your time at the office are really just gimmicks to keep you there as late as possible.
