      Pros

      There are opportunities to learn mew technologies and there is plenty of free online training.

      Cons

      No work from home opportunities. Environment can be stressful due to 24/7 support of restaurants. BI Reporting team is not very technical so working relationship with data team is not healthy. BI and Data teams report up independently, however BI team financially supports Data team, which can cause artificial prioritization of Data projects.

      Great Pay. Good work-life balance. Direct Manager had excellent people management skills.

      The work can sometimes be chaotic. There can be lack of communication between different departments. Leading to conflicting priorities.

      there was absolutely no support from my district manager, some of the team members in the store that I was placed in didn’t even know who he was.
