Pros
Inspire has an unprecedented opportunity to disrupt an enormous industry. The executive team is smart, ambitious, aggressive, and they know what they are doing. It is an extremely exciting place to work given the enormous potential, very talented teams and coworkers, and fast paced environment. It is anyone's guess where the company will be in 2 years, likely continuing to grow globally. The scale you will be work on is unusually large, and in many cases you will be on the ground floor, lots of opportunity to craft things at a huge scale. Fun events and environment as well which helps the culture.
Cons
The organization has become over reliant outsourcing key technology functions to consultants, which has left the organization flat footed and not in a position to scale and grow. This has left the analytics and data science org in an position to clean up the mess of consultants while simultaneously fulfilling promises made by consultants to executives that are out of touch with the day-to-day. Depending on the department, attrition rates are startling high (100% YoY for some departments). Some middle managers view skilled and hard-to-replace employees as completely expendable, and will openly discuss this with their direct reports. Many middle managers have performed mediocre in their role but have continued to be promoted, and in a fast moving enterprise they are managing teams which they have little understanding of what their team actually does, yet frequently meddle and micro-manage tasks that they have no prior experience with.
